Toroidal Transformers

High Specification & High Volume
Comelit's ability to produce toroidal transformers to high specification and in volume is second to none. We can produce non-encapsulated, encapsulated and toroidal transformers built into moulded or metal housing. Comelit have the ability to produce very complex toroidal transformers, which in many instances are mounted on a complete assembly together with the printed circuit board.

Individual Design Options
Comelit have access to high quality cores, which contribute fundamentally to the quality of a toroidal assembly. Thermal fuses, flying leads, solder and crimp contacts can all be incorporated into customer's individual designs. Applications include lighting for road signals, audio, motorised gates and many large processing machines.

Ninety nine percent of Comelit's toroidal transformers are made to customer specification. If the customer does not have a ready made specification available then Comelit can work with the customer, to produce a finished product that meets their needs.

Audio Industry Applications
Encapsulating the centre of toroidal cores will produce an electronically quiet transformer, which is essential in the audio industry. Comelit welcomes applications in this market place.

Door to Door Delivery
With Comelit's ability to deliver direct by lorry from the factory in Ancona to the customer's door, transportation costs are minimal. All Comelit's transformer quotations include delivery to the customer's door.
